We just had our first service today. My opinion may evolve over time, but so far I’m very pleased. The technician, Mark, was very friendly, communicated well on several levels, did exactly what was asked, and was very thorough with his work. I’m pretty picky about who I allow to spray around my home for bugs, and based on this experience I would definitely be comfortable working with him again in the future

We’re in the middle of closing on our house when the inspector flagged what he thought was termite damage. Naturally that got our attention. We reached out to Moxie, and they got back to us immediately.<br />
Kaleb came out, got into the crawlspace himself, and took a thorough look at the area in question. He walked us through what he was seeing and explained that the damage appeared to be over 20 years old and didn’t even look consistent with termite activity. He didn’t rush it and he didn’t talk in circles. He broke it down in plain language so we could actually understand what was going on.<br />
He also made sure we knew we’d receive detailed documentation to submit for closing, which gave us a lot of peace of mind during an already stressful process.<br />
Kaleb was professional, calm, and straight to the point. If you need someone who’ll show up, take the time to explain things clearly, and back it up with proper documentation, I’d highly recommend him.
