[Our field expert] was respectful of my carpet and wore covers over his shoes. He listened to what we had going on and did his job accordingly. We don't see many pests in our house because we have their quarterly contract. When we do see pests in between sprays, they are able to come out somewhat quickly. Today I had Danny and Ben treat the inside of our house. They treated all three levels of my home since I was seeing spiders on each level. They were polite, here right at the beginning of the two-hour window, and knowledgeable about the treatment they applied to each level. Last week Stephen treated the outside of the house. He granulated the yard, treated the foundation, and de-webbed the target areas. I was amazed because I know the problem areas and had him focus on those areas and to this day nothing, no spiders!
