Keeping Salt Lake City homes pest free

We have always had a great experience with Moxie Pest Control. David had been to our home on multiple occasions and is always polite, efficient, and helpful. His work is very thorough and he is always available for questions and suggestions. David is professional and knowledgeable and I highly recommend him, and Moxie's excellent service.

I shared with him a few problem areas I was having and he changed up some of his service to make sure those were taken care of. He also was able to work with my schedule to get the inside of the house sprayed very quickly so that I could go pick up my kids! Very accommodating and polite!

I appreciate Lawrence and his willingness to answer any and all questions about mountain pests and rodents. He was happy and energetic and seems to really love what he does. Grateful for his pleasant demeanor and happiness to represent Moxie well. Moxie goes above and beyond to assist its customers in ensuring customer satisfaction and a pest free home. Matt was great! We have had a small issue with mice/rats and he gave us meaningful suggestions and options that were very helpful. He was professional, knowledgeable and I appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase unnecessary additional services. He was clear with his explanations and made making a decision very easy. Received pest control services from Moxie Pest Control this morning after setting up a quarterly program the previous day. The technician was very responsive and knowledgeable regarding the services that he provided, answered all the questions with helpful information and instructions with regard to our dogs safely being able to go out in the yard. I appreciate his communication because that is extremely important to me. Spoke also with customer service this morning to confirm billing arrangements and found them to be extremely helpful as well. I have been a happy customer of Moxie for 3 years. It’s so easy to work with them. If I notice anything I call to schedule a service and they are here as scheduled. Today Dalin serviced the interior of my home and he was friendly and courteous while on my property. I highly recommend their service.

Gabe came out and treated for pests and I'm very happy with the service I got. He spent, easily, double the amount of time other companies have spent in the past. First impression: the door-to-door sales rep I spoke to was knowledgeable, very pleasant and not pushy at all. Our first treatment by our tech, Brycen, was great. He also knew his stuff, and was very helpful as he answered my questions, explained what he was doing, and even made some last-minute adjustments to the plan based on the status of my yard. So I haven’t been a customer for long, but I’d say it’s off to a good start!

Our technician Brycen did an excellent job servicing our house. He was very thorough and made sure to ask what areas we specifically saw bug activity and went above and beyond covering every part of our property. Much better experience than we’ve had with other pest control companies.
