Keeping Salt Lake City homes pest free

First impression: the door-to-door sales rep I spoke to was knowledgeable, very pleasant and not pushy at all. Our first treatment by our tech, Brycen, was great. He also knew his stuff, and was very helpful as he answered my questions, explained what he was doing, and even made some last-minute adjustments to the plan based on the status of my yard. So I haven’t been a customer for long, but I’d say it’s off to a good start!

Our technician Brycen did an excellent job servicing our house. He was very thorough and made sure to ask what areas we specifically saw bug activity and went above and beyond covering every part of our property. Much better experience than we’ve had with other pest control companies.

Moxie Pest Control won me over and EARNED my business.<br /> I swore I would never switch pest control companies and have turned away dozens of offers (for 5 years!)...but today that changed.<br /> I explained to the Moxie Rep that knocked on my door that we were happy with our provider and that we had just had a treatment 10 days ago.<br /> The Moxie Rep politely showed me around my yard how many areas that they had missed, some quite serious. They pointed out carpenter ants around our foundation and even a ground burrowing wasp nest the size of my fist, inches away from our front porch steps!<br /> I liked the reasonable price they quoted me which was very close to what I was paying currently (very affordable even on my limited fixed income) and their service coverage is more comprehensive than my previous company. And NO fast-talk or pressure.<br /> The company has deep roots in the community (decades), and a very good reputation with my neighbors who are established customers with Moxie.<br /> Lastly, the sales Rep - Reed, and the technician - Neivi, were cheerful, very knowledgeable, professional, answered every question I had, and did everything they said they would do.<br /> Refreshing, reassuring, and impressive!<br /> They won me over and EARNED my business! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟<br /> Teresa P.

Benjamin came out to spray my house and yard for Wasps, hornets, spiders, and ants. He was very courteous and helpful. He answered all our questions and was knowledgeable in his work. He did a very thorough job. Would highly recommend this company.

Tyler was so friendly and polite. He did an amazing job spraying our house. We’ve had bug people before come out but this was a whole different level of care. I highly recommend!

I have been a happy customer of Moxie for 3 years. It’s so easy to work with them. If I notice anything I call to schedule a service and they are here as scheduled. Today Dalin serviced the interior of my home and he was friendly and courteous while on my property. I highly recommend their service.

I am impressed with the quick service I received for a vole infestation in my yards. My technician was awesome and explained everything to me. He treated my yards completely and sprayed my baseboards for possible unseen guests.<br /> <br /> Thomas was awesome.

Brendon our Moxie tech was awesome! He listened and addressed all the concerns I had in the yard and around the house and took time to answer all my questions. Super friendly and professional! I think every wasp and grasshopper in the neighborhood took up residence in our yard and Brendon was thorough enough to make sure that all the nests were removed and the entire property was treated. Thank you Brendon for doing such a great job!!! I've been hesitant in the past to sign with other pest control companies due to all the crazy experiences/reviews/shady business practices/etc. out there, but Moxie seems legit and actually did what they said they'd do. Worth every penny if it proves to work and the service continues to be exceptional!! So far, so good!

Connecting with Moxie to get a rapid response to a wasp issue was absolutely seamless. Called and scheduled and they were out the next morning as promised. Their tech was very knowledgeable and understanding of the situation as I’m allergic to wasps.<br /> Highly recommend them.
