I recently switched to Moxie, as my original exterminator was purchased by a big company, and they are now horrible! Anyway, Jonathan came out today for my first service. He was great! He did an excellent job of going over EVERYTHING with me. The whole experience has been really nice. Even from the first phone call, I think Alicia? answered when I called in, and I got transferred to Zach in sales. They were just so nice & helpful, and they made me feel like they really care about my pest control! I’ve mentioned previously on Google Reviews, that it’s harder & harder to find good customer service these days. Moxie definitely has it!

We have been Moxie customers for about 3 years and have been very pleased. Today, Zachary C came out for a maintenance visit as we had been seeing some roaches inside. He was so helpful and professional and even went to help us with an additional issue to prep our home from not getting mice in the fall.
