Lonzo arrived during the time period agreed upon with the dispatcher. He introduced himself and asked about any persons who could be potentially impacted by the services performed today (i.e. infants, pets, pregnant persons, etc.). He then proceeded to inspect and spray the interior premises making sure he got the areas most affected. He also sprayed the exterior and checked back in with me before departing. I appreciated the professionalism Lonzo displayed while providing the services requested for today's appointment.

Skott arrived as scheduled. I was not home and he promptly started his work cleaning cob webs and treating needed areas. When I arrived home Skott introduced himself and explained what he had done. He asked if there were any areas of concern. I shared my observations and he treated gor the beetles that were coming through our windows.<br />
