Keeping Portland homes pest free

Showed up on time. Nice, friendly and polite young man. We walked through our home and yard. He took note of problems and places to not treat. He did a great job spraying inside. Was careful to have spray go only where it was intended to go. Outside he brushed away spider webs from eves and windows. Sprayed and spread granules. It looked through. It was nice that Stefan did the work and we didn't have to micromanage. When he was done he gave me a card showing all he had done and he said if we have any problems to call the # on the other side. This was our first time with this company. We look forward to being with your company.

William and the other tech were pleasant and professional. Unfortunately it appeared Moxie didn't give them the information needed to successfully terminate my account. Moxie sent an arrival time that was an hour late, didn't instruct them to remove all the equipment or give them supplies to repair damage left upon the removal of said equipment. It seems that customer service does not include satisfaction with the end of the account.

Moxie Pest Control is doing a great job at my home. All the service personnel are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Yesterday, Thomas was the person who provided my periodic service call. He was quick, thorough, and we had a good discussion about rodent Control strategy.

I have not had the best experience. I was probably more aggressive than I needed to be. Patrick did a great job and addressed every one of my concerns. If it is possible to only have him treat my house that would be great!

Scott was very pleasant and positive. He introduced.<br /> Himself and when he heard the dog barking he came over to be able to make Is fast friends. He listened to what I had to say about the bugs.I had seen thoroughly sprayed.The areas that were needed and very pleasantly left the notes along with doggy treats. In my opinion, he is an employee that goes above and beyond.And you should be proud to have him representing moxie. Please excuse the spelling. I do speech to text LO. L.
