Keeping Maryland homes pest free

Isaac was great! I have a service contract with Moxie and I called yesterday for additional service and they were here . I told Isaac what the problem was. He knew exactly what was going on. Told me what he was going to do, did it and was gone! I’ve been using moxie for a couple of years now, and I have never had any problems and they have always taken care of any issues. The company and their technicians, It was Isaac today, are friendly respectful, HAPPY folks! I appreciate the type of products they use. They don’t kill my bees, but they keep the spiders all those little itty bitty bugs away, making me a happy camper! Moxie has never questioned my calling for additional service. They just come and take care of the issue that I’m having. Money well spent.

Jeffery was spectacular. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about his work. He answered every question we had and made sure to explain things in a way that the average person would understand. Jeffery made sure that no question was unanswered and that we understood everything fully before he finished the job. Exceptional exceptional work. Moxie gets it done.

She was very informative. I’m very happy with the Rep not happy with the sales person company. They did the upstairs in my home and I have a full apartment in the basement and I let the representative know when we settle the deal. Also, I asked to do the carport in the garage and he said he would take care of all of it for the one price so I’m gonna contact them Monday and discuss it then I’ll give a final review but the rep that came out was very pleasant and I liked Her

Excellent service. This was the follow-up to the initial treatment, and the treatments really worked. Received a text from Moxie with a link to where our Field Expert was and the ETA. Brittany showed up right when expected. She was nice, and knowledgeable on the treatments and considerate of our needs. She even moved her van so we could go grab carry-out. Gave a once over in the house for good measure and took care of the outside. Reputable company.

Phil is an excellent technician. He’s very knowledgeable, professional and approachable. Isaac was amazing! He was very professional, attentive, and took the time to make sure I fully understood the treatment plan for my home. I really appreciated how thorough he was in addressing my needs. I also mentioned a wasp issue on my deck, and without hesitation he went right in and treated it with no problem. Excellent service all around. I feel confident my home is in great hands with Isaac!

I recently started with Moxie and so far it has been an incredible experience. I had Brandon come by today and what a great guy. He called me ahead to let me know of his ETA, had a great conversation, and even did more than what I originally planned for. He made me feel very comfortable and such a smooth process. We discovered a massive wasps’ nest attached to a tree branch over 30 feet high, right next to our home. It was a dangerous situation, and I was incredibly worried for the safety of my daughter and our dog.<br /> <br /> They approached the job with professionalism, patience, and a clear sense of urgency.
