EDIT: I called in to my local branch to ask them about a call the I had received from their sales department that felt predatory and an all round a bad business practice. They immediately took my concerns seriously addressing the situation in a professional manner. I appreciate how they handled it and that itself earned my business.<br /> <br /> Outside of the administrative challenges: the guys who come out and do the service have always been pheromonal. I was frustrated that I had something that was working well for us and that the business itself wasn't working out, that does not seem to be the case and I am overall very happy with the quality of work and professionalism of the individuals that I have interacted with in recent days.

Joshua came to the home and walked me through the entire annual system inspection and service. He provided valuable information and tips on what to look out for during the year to get the most out of my system. He took the time to answer any questions I had. He was kind, polite, and respectful. I look forward to his services on the next visit.

Moxie Pest Control was recommended to me by my neighbor. We both had ants . The service was great.<br /> They sent a technician out as soon as they could, and they guarantee their service. If after two weeks, you see anything they come spray again. I didn’t have a bad problem with them so I thought. They were only in the kitchen after I had left some dates on the counter., I wanted peace of mind, though to be sure they were gone, and I had them come out and spray. Well, I ended up finding ants my shower after the first initial spray which was very annoying so I needed them to come out a second time. It does take the spray a little while to work they said and sometimes the first spray is not enough. Both of my technicians were great. Marcus came out first explained a lot And then Alex came for the second spray which was actually today so I may edit my review later. The service has been great. They were both thorough and paid attention to my problem spots. Michael in the office, I dealt with the most with appointments and questions. He was very patient with me because I can be a pest with all my questions and requests.<br /> The communication is also pretty good. They text you as a reminder when they’re coming out and I had forgot about it today but they do send you an email so you could track them how close they are. The price is reasonable as well and again they guarantee so my second spray was no charge. Fingers crossed it all worked, just want to say their customer service is great and very patient and courteous they answer any question that you have. I will use them again if needed.

Roberto is AMAZING !!! When he arrived he asked a few questions to understand our needs. I showed him pictures/videos of the insects, as I had issues uploading them to my account. I loved this because anyone else would’ve said “no, it’s okay. I’ll spray”, without caring.<br /> He did all the outside first. Then he did all the inside very thoroughly. My family really appreciates him! When leaving, he gave my daughter a MOXIE kids activity book and she loved it. Immediately started working on it.<br /> I want to request Roberto every time I need my service done!! Thank you Roberto!
