Keeping Austin homes pest free

Alec came and serviced my house for ants and other insects and took care of everything in explaining his process and everything that he was going to do. He also called ma forwards to ensure the job was done and done properly. I am grateful to him for his stellar customer service.

We had a big beehive built in the birdhouse on our second-floor balcony, and it was becoming a problem with large bees constantly flying around. I contacted Moxie, and Alec came quickly to take care of it. He called 30 minutes before arriving, showed up on time, and did an excellent job. Thanks to him, we can now go out on the balcony again without worrying about bees.

Alec sprayed my entire house and the surrounding area, and he did an excellent job. He managed to get rid of the wasp outside, so I no longer had to worry about those pesky pests. Alec was incredibly kind and efficient throughout the process. I truly appreciate his assistance today and the exceptional customer service he provided.<br /> I will highly recommend Moxie to my surrounding neighbors.

Trevin was fantastic. Extremely thorough and addressed all of my concerns on the exterior and interior of the house. He was very efficient and explained everything and educated me on what was being done. I would definitely recommend and and request him every single time for all quarterly services going forward

Christopher came to our home recently, on July 3rd. for our quarterly treatment!<br /> What a nice person he is, and very knowledgeable about the issues and concerns we needed him to take care of. One concern were yellow jackets. He found a large nest, that we had not been able to locate, in our outdoor fire pit. He destroyed the yellow jackets and the nest. Now we can enjoy sitting out on our patio. When he left my husband and I both acknowledged what a pleasure it was to meet, talk, and be around Chris. As a representative of Moxie Pest Control he represents the company well!

Alec did my warranty spray today. I appreciate the fact he took the time to ensure all my concerns were addressed. He did a phenomenal job closing the loop to what was done to ensure my needs were met. He is a phenomenal tech! Came back again and was still fantastic!

Chris A. did an amazing job destroying 9 wasp nests in the hot sun and laying out fly traps. Chris communicated well and also informed about the fire ants in the front.

Great customer service from Chris A.<br /> <br /> Super friendly, listened to our concerns, went to work then briefed us on what he found and what he did. He heard our dogs bark from inside the house and reminded me when I could safely let the dogs out. We hope, on our next scheduled appointment, Moxie assigns Chris A. to service our home.

Moxie is always professional and attentive to my needs and home. They are punctual and efficiently carry out their services. I always appreciate getting a notification they are on the way and the fact I can communicate with the field tech via text when I’m not home is convenient and easy.<br /> <br /> Recently had a warranty service done on my home 1-2 months after my quarterly service had been performed for some wasp nests I noticed forming.
