Clifton was exceptional in his professionalism. He inspected our attic and was able to immediately identify our issue. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything. We had no idea that our attic was infested by rodents and since our AC air handlers were up there, this explains why every time the AC or Heater turned on, my wife would start having allergy symptoms which is caused by the toxic air in the attic from the rodent urine and feces that was soaked into the insulation and was circulating that air throughout the house. We had all of our vents and ducts cleaned as well but still didn't help my wife. Although, the price to clean up the attic and rid it from these rodents, and replace all the insulation with rodent resistant insulation, was pricey, but it needed to be done and Clifton also helped us get some reasonable discounts for the service which helped a lot.
